Van 26 september tot 2 oktober
a.s. organiseert de Europese Cultu
rele Stichting in De Doelen in Rot
terdam het tweede Europese Milieu-
film Festival met als thema: 'De
mens en het water'.
Het eerste festival werd in maart
1981 in Chartreuse de Villeneuve
bij Avignon in Frankrijk gehouden
en droeg als thema 'Wonen en het
landschap'.
De manifestatie kent twee verschil
lende, elkaar aanvullende onderde
len: de filmwedstrijd en het Euro
pese forum.
De filmwedstrijd wil in de eerste
plaats een Europees referentiekader
zijn voor milieufilms van goede
kwaliteit die een bredere versprei
ding waard zijn.
Het Europese forum biedt aan spe
cialisten uit vele Europese landen
de gelegenheid tot een vruchtbare
gedachtenwisseling. Voor nadere in
